You have ordered from us, but you do not like the product or you have received a damaged item? Then you have the option to send the item back to us!

Return Policy

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you. Processing and refunds may take up to 7 business days.

Right of withdrawal

(1) The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you took possession of the goods.

(2) In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (NRG STYLES, Kronenberg 98, 52074 Aachen, Germany, email: info@nrgstyles.de ) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or by Mail) about your decision to cancel this purchase.

Consequences of revocation

(1) You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

(2) You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

(1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods.

(2) Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and sent back to us in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
