GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
§1 Scope and provider
(1) These general terms and conditions apply to all orders that you place in our online shop NRG STYLES.
(2) The range of goods in our online shop is aimed exclusively at buyers who have reached the age of 18.
(3) Contract language is exclusively German.
§2 Formation of the contract
(1) The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding application for the conclusion of a purchase contract. They merely serve as an invitation to the customer to submit a binding offer.
(2) By clicking on the button ["Order now with obligation to pay"/"Buy"] you submit a binding offer. Immediately before submitting this order, you can check the order again and correct it if necessary.
(3) The contract is only concluded when the order is completed or the goods are dispatched.
The prices are indicated on the product page. Any additional shipping costs are specified separately in the respective product description.
§4 Right of Withdrawal
In principle, consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal. You can find more information about this under cancellation policy in our online shop.
§5 Terms of payment
(1) Payment can be made either by shopify payments, credit card or Paypal.
(2) When paying by bank transfer/payment in advance, the payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.
(3) When paying via PayPal, the payment is processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. The PayPal terms of use apply, which can be accessed at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full or – if the customer does not have a PayPal account – the conditions for payments without a PayPal account , available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-full .
(1) Deliveries of goods are usually made within 2 to 4 working days after receipt of an order. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered within this period, the seller will inform the customer, stating an expected delivery date. Delivery is by DHL.
(2) Unless otherwise agreed, goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer.
(3) If the transport company sends the shipped goods back to the seller due to an unsuccessful attempt to deliver the goods to the customer, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal.
§7 Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies to the goods offered by the seller.
§8 Retention of title
The seller retains ownership of the delivered goods until the purchase price owed has been paid in full.
